Dani Taylor
A maiden, a lover of bathing in fresh water and salt water often, sun-kissed, a writer, homemaker and weaver of creation. Dani is a doula, birthkeeper, postpartum cook, ceremonialist and witness to life's sacred rites of passage. Dani currently works for women and families on the East Coast of Australia and lives on sacred Bundjalung Country.
Dani sees birth as a sacred, private metaphysical journey and desires to support women throughout this transformative time, led by each woman and her individual needs.
Dani thrives as a listener and witness of nature, birth, and death.
She has spent the past 3 years diving into different teachings, Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic approaches to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and has learnt to embody them in her own self-practice.
Her passion resides in nuance, preconception care, traditional medicine, ancestral eating, woman-led birth, and deep nourishment in postpartum.
Dani is of Welsh, Scottish, Celtic and Viking descent. First born of her lineage in this country, on the unceded land of Meanjin.
Forever a student of life, energy, birth, death, consciousness and awareness. Devoted to mothers and babies, learning, being humbled, evolving...
