“Dani has been in my employment for a few months, but it only took a day to realise the rare type of asset she is to any household, family or business.

Her self awareness is refreshing as she is aware of her own needs and can communicate them easily and respectfully. This makes her especially reliable, and easy for to me plan as she knows in advance how much she can offer and when. I never have qualms of asking too much as I trust her to say yes and no appropriately. 

She is organised and accurately logs all her tasks and hours worked, which is a weight off any employer. 

She is flexible, as is necessary when working with mothers who are at the whim of their children. 

Mostly, Dani is kind and big-hearted and eager to serve mother’s, children and families. Dani is acutely aware she is in her maiden era, and embodies this beautifully, with self love and love of community and with a real thirst to learn. 

I wish I had this knowledge and awareness at her age.
