Postpartum beef stew
Slow cooker required
Ingredients:
500g diced beef
beef bone broth 500ml
2 carrots
3-5 potatoes
numb of ginger (grated or thinly chopped)
beef stock (1 cube or teaspoon)
Sear beef in a cast iron or stainless steel pan in butter until the outside is cooked. Transfer to a slow cooker with the broth and some spring water. Chop up all the veggies and add to the crock pot. Leave on high for 4 hours or until the meat is tender and falling apart. Then enjoy!
