FOR THE BROTHERS… WHO one day want TO FATHER…
You are preconception too. It’s not all on the woman.
Men play a significant role in the whole process. I have so much love, respect and admiration for the men who are entering fatherhood with this conscious thought and intention.
I don’t have lots to say at this stage to the masculine. But I will write a couple dot points lovingly to inspire some masc action, if this stuff is new or hasn’t entered your field yet + some resources you can hunt out and gobble up.
For the masculine in their conscious conception season:
-> Acknowledge the themes of protector, provider and provision
-> Archetypal work for the Masc (King, Warrior, Magician, Lover)
-> Acknowledge the Yang aspect of conception and creation, you penetrate, you provide the sperm
-> Nourish the fuck out of yourself. High quality food, high quality friendships, move your body. Get your needs & desires met.
-> We need strong lovers that become strong fathers. Physically and mentally.
-> See a Functional Medicine Doctor, get your heavy mentals, minerals and testosterone checked out
-> Reduction in stress is the highway to fertility, eros and that juicy conscious conception energy
-> Find your men. Create your community.
-> Flow with Nature, circadian rhythms, seasonal shifts
-> Put $ aside for your future family (if that’s something you want to build, which I assume as you’re reading this blog)
-> Get to know what’s happening in culture & society with childbirth/ the reality of what is unfolding
-> Learn a bit about postpartum consciousness (head to my other blogs)
-> Your presence is a gift. To your partner, your brothers and your future children.
