fertility food inspiration; breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner

Breakfast Ideas:

  • Sourdough crumpet with pasture raised eggs fried in butter & nitrate free bacon, served with Church Farm tomato sauce 10/10

  • Buckwheat porridge with butter, egg yolk, organic full cream milk, coconut sugar & seasonal fruit, with cinnamon. Coming into autumn and getting so excited about warm stewed fruits and spices!

  • Vege scrambled eggs. I love roasting a big tray of pumpkin then adding pumpkin and goats cheese to a scramble or onion and capsicum is a combo I love too.

  • Sourdough french toast. Pasture raised organic eggs, organic butter & maple syrup.

Lunch/Dinner:

  • Woolies spag bol. Using woolies organic mince, bolognese sauce and pasta spirals - I love this as an affordable option & so easy to throw together. I add onion, garlic, zucchini , carrot and peas (whatever vege i have) If you can go get some cheap organ meats from the butcher and blend it and add to the meat to uplevel the nutrient density i recommend!

  • Sourdough bread with grassfed butter, wild caught fish with cucumber and cheese

  • Wild caught barramundi or Salmon fried in coconut oil or butter. Served with homemade potato or sweet potato chips (I bake them in butter with Celtic salt & rosemary), roast broccoli or cauliflower with a side of sauerkraut or pickled vege. Such a staple for me. A root vegetable, a source of wild fish, and a cruciferous vegetable.

  • Quiches!!! I’m a slut for a quiche. I get this epic spelt pastry with no nasties and add my favourite organic pasture raised eggs, pumpkin, goats cheese. Sometimes potato, dill and salmon. Mackerel or sardines with mushrooms and greens. Quiches are like infinite possibilities.

Snacks:

  • Rice cakes with goats cheese and either wild caught mackerel or sardines

  • Organic red apple and cheddar

  • Chicken liver patê with crackers or sourdough

  • Seasonal fruit & nuts (Organic + I prefer the kombucha soaked nuts - easiest on the tum tum)

  • Gelatin gummies

  • Oysters

Beverages

  • Iced cacao has been a go too lately for me. Using cacao powder, honey, celtic salt, cinnamon, vanilla essence mixed with water added to a cup of organic whole milk yum

  • Nettle and marshmallow root infusion

  • I’ve been having lots of chamomile tea to soothe the nervous system

  • A cup of hot water & Superfeasts Jing

  • Rose & Chamomile is a lush blend

  • Bone broth with seaweed, sip throughout the day for nourishing mineral stores
